Celebrant: In confidence and together, let us place our needs before God…

Deacon/Reader:

1.          We ask our friend, LORD of the vineyard, together with Pope Leo XIV to heal our minds and protect our mental health – O LORD God of hosts, restore us...we pray to the Lord...

2.          We ask our friend, LORD of the vineyard, for thoughts that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, gracious, excellent, and worthy of praise – O LORD God of hosts, restore us...we pray to the Lord...

3.          We ask our friend, LORD of the vineyard, for leaders who cherish the people they serve and who seek peace for all – O LORD God of hosts, restore us...we pray to the Lord...

4.          We ask our friend, LORD of the vineyard, for comfort to those who are suffering, especially those struggling with mental illness – O LORD God of hosts, restore us...we pray to the Lord...

5.          We ask our friend, LORD of the vineyard, for protection of our shared home, this earth, which is seeing the ravages of floods, earthquakes, fires, and hurricanes – O LORD God of hosts, restore us...we pray to the Lord...

6.          We ask our friend, LORD of the vineyard, to cultivate in each of us a faithful and faith-filled relationship with our Creator that will produce the fruit of his judgment and justice – O LORD God of hosts, restore us...we pray to the Lord...

Celebrant: Loving Father, guide us always by the Light of Your Will, as we pray in the Holy Name of Your Son, through Christ our Lord. R: Amen.
